Downloading photo data
[ Website ]
1. Q: The page seem not displayed well
A: If your display is incorrect maybe depend on your computer (Browser, OS, or other version). You should update your computer for this system. Additionally because a large amount of photos are posted, there might be cases that viewing cannot be smoothly by your Internet environment.
2. Q: What is an authentication key
A: An authentication key is a password to browse photos. Only those who participate in the event can view photos by being limited by the authentication key. If you do not know an authentication key, please contact the event organizer or the member organization.
3. Q: I don't want that photos of my family and myself are posted
A: Please let us know the photo number via e-mail email@example.com .If the photos are group photos, there are times when it cannot be deleted. Please understand beforehand.
4. Q: When registration is completed but you don’t received e-mail from foto smile
A: If you cannot receive emails from us. Maybe depend on your e-mail don’t setting to receive about this URL or send to your junk mail. You must reset your e-mail for received e-mail from firstname.lastname@example.org
5. Q: How big is the photo product
A: Regarding the size of printed photos,
please see here
6. Q: Why the size of printed photo is different with photo which I see on the PC screen
A: Because there is the difference of the aspect ratio between photo data and printed photo. Please note that the printed photo might be little bit smaller than you see on the PC screen.
7. Q: Can I order photos without internet environment
A: No. You can order via internet (PC or Smartphone) only.

1. Q: It is displayed as "incorrect password or e-mail address"
A: Please try to log in after registration procedures completed by accessing the URL in the confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of receiving. The e-mail that you received becomes invalid past the deadline. Please try again from the beginning. There is a possibility of erroneous input of e-mail address. If you entered a wrong password or e-mail address, you cannot log in. When you enter a password and e-mail address, please check whether there is no mistyped.
2. Q: I forgot my password
A: Via following, please enter your e-mail address and click "Send" button. We send you a confirmation e-mail. Please access the URL described in the e-mail within 2hours.

A: Please refer to "How to use" in Foto smile website for browsing the photo.
4. Q: I can't browse photos
A: - Registration of the authentication key has not been completed.
Please confirm the authentication key and enter that after logging in. If you do not know the authentication key, please take a look at flyer you receive at an event site or contact an event organizer. - Post period has ended.
We are sorry, but you can not browse or purchase photos which the post period has ended.
[ Ordering ]
1. Q: What does the post period start
A: Please see the flyer distributed at an event site.
2. Q: Can I order photos after the post period
A: We are sorry, but you can not browse or purchase photos which the post period has ended.
3. Q: I have not received an order confirmation e-mail yet
A: There is a possibility of erroneous input of e-mail address. Please contact us via e-mail with order number displayed on the screen of the order completion.
4. Q: Can I cancel the order
A: No, you can't. We don't accept any cancellation because it is a make-to-order product. Sorry for the inconvenience.
5. Q: I want to ship my photos all together which were made by different orders
A: We cannot ship items all together which were confirmed by different orders because we start to prepare shipping items as soon as we confirm each order. Sorry for the inconvenience.
6. Q: I have not received photos yet
A: Wes hip your items within 7 days from your order completed. At the same time, we send you an e-mail which says shipment completed, so please confirm order details in the mail.
**If you order file download we don’t have a delivery service
In addition we'll send e-mail about delivery detail to your e-mail and you should confirm detail again and send e-mail to us again.
7. Q: I want to return photos
A: Although every effort has been made for the quality of items,
please contact here
if photos were printed wrong size, wrong order number, or have quality defects within 7 days from receiving. However, we will not be able to accept any exchanges or returns because of the customers' personal preferences as well as defocus, camera shake or angle of an original photo data.
8. Q: Can I check my order details later
A: Yes. You can see your order details like shipping address, order number, or list of photos you ordered on "Order History" page while you log in.
9. Q: Can I change the address after my order has been complete
A: No, you can't. We start to prepare shipping as soon as we confirm your order. So we cannot accept any change of your order details including the addressee. Sorry for the inconvenience.
10. Q: I want to delete the photos that were added to cart
A: By clicking "Cart" located the top right of the screen, you can browse the list of the photos that were added to cart. You can delete a photo by clicking "Delete". After that you must be click "save" again.
[ Delivery ]
1. Q: When can I receive the photo product
A: The delivery date will vary depending on the kind of photo products. Please note that it might be delayed by some situation such as bad weather.
*Except for the long holiday like New Year holiday or National Holiday.
Photo print: Delivery within 7days
Various photo panel: Delivery within 14days
2. Q: Can I specify the delivery date
A: No. Delivery dates cannot be specified.
3. Q: Can I order the printed photos from outside of Thailand
A: No. We don't offer the oversea delivery for the time being.
*Remark: If the photo have a problem during delivery, the company will not responsibility.
[ Payment ]
1. Q: How to pay
A: You can pay via credit card, debit card, or transfer via bank
Credit card: VISA, Master Card, JCB Card
Debit card: KTB, Bangkok Bank, Kasikorn Bank, SCB
2. Q: How much is each of the photo product
A: It varies depending on a photo size or an event. Please confirm the price list on the screen of "Add Cart".
3. Q: How much a delivery charge
A: The followings are included in the shipping charge.

- Packaging fee (including work cost)

- Manpower fee

[ Downloading photo data ]
1. Q: How can I purchase photo data
A: After checking photos you want to purchase, click "Data" on the screen of "Add Cart".
*There is a possibility that you can not purchase photo data. (Print photo only)
*You cannot select photo data if there is no photo supported "Downloading photo data"
2. Q: How much is photos data
A: It depend on a photo, so please confirm on the screen of "Add Cart"
3. Q: How can I download photo data
A: - By Computer / Personal computer
Open "My Album". Click "Download" button on the button of the thumbnail image of the photo. The dialog box of "Save as" appears. Then you choose a location and click "Save".
- By Smartphone
After you click "download" button .The dialog box of "Save as" appears. Then you choose a location and click "Save picture"
4. Q: I want to cancel the downloaded photo data
A: Please note that you cannot cancel the downloaded photo data after download completed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
5. Q: How can I confirm downloaded photo data that I purchased
A: By clicking "My Album" after log in, you can browse the list of downloaded photo data.
6. Q: Can I use the downloaded photo data for my website
A: Do not use before being allowed. If you want to use photo you must contact photographer or organizer staff.
7. Q: I have not received "Photo Data" with printed photos
A: We don't offer photo data in CD-ROM or DVD. You need to download photo data by yourself.
